Town Green District:
The pedestrian-oriented Town Green District is at the center of Westshore. It will consist of 2 large mixed-use buildings surrounding the town green that provides community space for residents and visitors. The design is being called "Mercantile Architectural Style," and is reminiscent of southern downtowns. There will be commercial space on the bottom and residential flats on top. Included in the commercial space will be a bed and breakfast, chef-driven restaurant, microbrewery, and a co-working space.

Club District:
The Club District will serve as the amenity hub of Westshore. The Westshore Club will be a 2 story building at the top of the Town Green with views of a resort style pool behind. The club will feature a large Cyber Cafe, private dining room with kitchen available for community and private functions, fitness center, game room, and mail center with parcel lockers. Outside will be a resort-style pool, community fire pit, outdoor seating, grills and cabana.
Multifamily Residential: 248 units
Westshore Club: 6,000 SF
Neighborhood District
The neighborhood district, located south of the commercial areas, includes single family residence and townhomes along with dog park, community park, open multi-use field, and a multi-use walking and biking trail.
The design is a Southern Coastal style and will combine brick, stone, shingle and siding with a great deal of architectural detail.

55+ Residential Facility: 120 Units
Hospitality District

Commercial District
Office Space: 190,000 SF, 2 buildings
Wellness District
Office Space: 15,000 SF
These 3 districts include commercial office space, senior 55+ facility, hotel and wellness center. The design for these districts are to be determined.
